Joselito Ramirez
Composite restoration, 26
Grouped the way a practice is actually organised: the front desk, the chair, the money, and the business around them.
Front desk
The schedule is the practice. Clodous keeps every chair, dentist and patient on one board, checks for clashes before a booking is saved, and confirms the day for you overnight.

Every chair and clinician sits on one timeline. Clodous refuses a booking that would double-book either of them, so the clash is caught at the counter instead of at the door.
Confirmations and recall reminders go out on their own by SMS, Viber and email. Replies land back on the appointment, so the front desk sees who is coming before the clinic opens.
Patients complete medical history and consent before the visit, see their plan and balance, and request a slot from their phone. Nothing is retyped at the counter.
Arrivals, seated chairs and overruns show on the same screen. The desk can move the next patient or flag a delay while there is still time to do something about it.
Charting, notes, imaging and plans live on the patient record, not in a folder behind reception. Any dentist in the practice opens a case and sees what was done, when, and by whom.

Contact details, medical history, allergies, insurer, documents and photos sit on a single record that updates everywhere the moment it changes.
Record conditions per tooth and per surface, add periodontal pocket depths and intraoral findings, and read the whole mouth in one view instead of scanning a paper chart.
Build a staged plan with procedures, costs and priority, show the patient what each stage covers, and track acceptance so proposed work does not quietly disappear.
Progress notes, signed tooth reports and imaging studies are stored against the visit with an audit trail. Clinical records survive staff turnover and hardware failure.
Invoicing starts from the work that was actually charted. Partial payments, HMO shares and outstanding balances are tracked per patient, so nothing is written off because nobody remembered it.

Completed procedures carry their price into the invoice. Issue, part-pay, or void with a reason, and the patient balance updates as you go.
Store each patient's insurer and coverage, split the invoice into covered and patient share, and keep claim status on the record so the desk can answer without a phone call.
Consumables are tied to the procedures that use them, so usage is counted as work is charted and reorder points warn you while there is still time to order.
Production, collections, chair utilisation, no-show rate and plan acceptance, per clinician and per branch, for any period you choose.
Each clinic keeps its own schedule, staff and stock. Owners see the whole group without logging in five times, and roles decide exactly what each person can open.

Who can open what
Add a location and it inherits your procedure list, pricing and roles. Staff who work across branches switch with one click and keep a single login.
Dentists, hygienists, front desk and finance each see what they need. Clinical notes stay closed to people who have no reason to open them.
Records, images and backups sit in managed cloud storage. A dead computer at reception costs you a computer, not a patient history.
Clodous is designed around the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the record-keeping expectations of the Philippine Dental Association, with encryption in transit and at rest.
One dashboard for the day, the money and anything that needs a decision.
