We build software for the way a dental clinic actually runs
Clodous is made in Metro Manila for practices in the Philippines, by a team that spent a lot of time standing behind reception counters before writing any of it.

Why we started
The first clinic we worked with kept its schedule in a whiteboard photograph, its patients in a filing cabinet, its prices in a spreadsheet, and its receivables in the practice manager's head. None of that was carelessness. It was four systems that had grown one at a time, each one solving a yesterday problem.
What it cost was not obvious from inside. Chairs sat empty because nobody could see the gap. Treatment plans were proposed and never followed up. HMO shares were reconciled from memory. A dentist covering for a colleague started every case by asking what had been done last time.
The practice management systems on offer were either priced for a hospital or written for a market that is not this one, with insurance rules, currencies and workflows that had to be worked around rather than used. So we built the system that clinic needed, and then kept building it with the clinics that came after.
How we decide
Four rules we hold ourselves to
The record moves, the staff do not
If a piece of information has been entered once, nobody should type it again. Most of what makes clinic software exhausting is re-entry, and we treat every instance of it as a defect.
Built with clinics, not at them
Every part of the product started as a problem a practice described to us. We sit in operatories and at reception counters before we design anything, and we go back after we ship it.
Your records are yours
We do not sell data, we do not train anything on patient records, and we will export everything you have on written request. Making it hard to leave is not a business model we want.
Priced so a solo practice can start
A dentist opening their first clinic should be able to afford the same system a four-branch group uses. That is why the entry plan is a real product and not a crippled trial.
What you get from us, beyond the software
Support in your time zone
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 20:00 PHT. A team in Metro Manila, on Philippine hours, who have seen a clinic day.
Data handled under Philippine law
Built around the Data Privacy Act of 2012. We sign a data processing agreement with every clinic and will walk your data protection officer through the controls.
Migration is our job, not yours
On Practice and above we import your patient list and price list, and hand it back for you to check against real records before you go live.
Come and take it apart
Book a call and bring your hardest question. Multi-branch permissions, HMO reconciliation, a chart you think will not fit. We would rather find out now than after you have moved.
